Dave Glover posted some good free online courses offered by Microsoft Learning. Some of them are up to 1 year subscription so you can study at your own pace. Check his attached file for more details. You have to open the file in IE but if it’s taking too long then try open in MS Word. It’s a bit messy but all links are good.

The new design is bad (no offense). You utilize only about 30% of the screen for the readable text.
You are right. Not my favorite either. It got some flaws in CSS as well esp with blockquote font color and stuffs. I just use it for now to have some seasonal feel to the blog – New Year, and am upgrading to wordpress 2.3.1. My old theme doesn’t support the new WP so just have to choose new theme along with the upgrade.
