		<description>Should also check godaddy. They also have lots of free apps you can install. At USD7, you get hosting and domain name, etc features. Having been hosting with them for past 3 years. Works for me.</description>

Dreamhost is nice to play around in. They have a great wiki and allow quite a bit of access on their servers. 

Though nothing beats VPS or Cloud hosting. Build a full OS, install whatever software you need, duplicate it, play around with it, don&#039;t like it? remove it, build a new one.</description>
