		<description>I ran into a similar situation, but rather than a missing MIME entry (in my case, the one for .xap), my web config also had an entry in it, because I added the MIME type in my Dev environment, but on the staging server, it was already defined there. When I tried to open the MIME Types in IIS Manager, it errored with a duplicate entry.  I removed the following entry from my web.config, and all was well:

    mimeType=&quot;application/xsilverlight-app&quot;</description>
